Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at The Wilson Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Operate a cash register and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
