Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented to a high standard.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to a high standard.
- Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Or equivalent experience.
- Cook Trade Certification.
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
- Safe Food Handling certificate.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working under pressure. You will also be required to work in a team environment, collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to a high standard.
