Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Hospitality Manager - Operations Lead to join our team at Central City Fresh Slice Pizza Ltd. This role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer demands.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and minimize waste.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the brand and attract new customers.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and improve processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word to manage data, create reports, and communicate effectively.
