As a Procurement Contract Specialist at Priceline Careers, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's global procurement contracting initiatives. Partnering closely with senior attorneys, business stakeholders, and other key collaborators across the Booking Holdings family of brands, you will oversee the entire end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring that vendor contracts for all business units are routed efficiently and comply with internal policies and external regulations.

You will be a trusted partner, primary point of contact, legal subject matter expert, and risk manager for your business partners, supporting business goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with contract review and negotiation to ensure contracts are moving efficiently towards activation while managing Priceline's risk.
  • Collaborating closely with third-party contract administrators, acting as the primary point of contact for business users' contract-related requests.
  • Driving efficiency by improving current contracting processes, partnering with counsel and business stakeholders to create contract playbooks and negotiation strategies, and simplifying legal language for self-service.
  • Identifying knowledge sharing and reporting opportunities, ensuring new and existing users of our contracting toolset receive the training they need to be successful.
