Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our expanding sales team by processing sales orders, order acknowledgments, and customer invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Process wholesale orders and order confirmations
- Maintain and update customer accounts with relevant order information
- Inform sales staff of any issues that arise
- Keep customers and sales teams updated on order status changes
- Work closely with finance, production, and shipping personnel to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Assist with competitive analysis campaigns and other industry-related research
- Work with operations and sales teams to confirm re-order points on our ERP system
Requirements:
- Business education background required
- 1-3 years of industry experience and/or experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office software required
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize duties, multitask, and perform accurately and efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinker with proven conflict-resolution skills
Please note that this job is located in our Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-site.
