Job Description:

Crystal Kitchens Ltd. is seeking a skilled Carpenter Supervisor to oversee construction projects and lead a team of workers. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to coordinate activities, train personnel, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Set up equipment and materials as needed to support project requirements.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions or terminations, based on performance and merit.
  • Develop methods to meet work schedules and deadlines, including creating project plans and timelines.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Procure materials and supplies to ensure availability and quality.
  • Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Working Conditions:

The Carpenter Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading a team of 1-10 workers. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
