About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at ESP Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and layout building sites in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Construct and install foundations, floor beams, subflooring, walls, and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain and repair residential and commercial buildings, as well as wooden structures in various industries.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding environments.
