Quality Assurance and Accreditation Specialist

This role is critical in driving quality improvement initiatives within our organization, focusing on outcome measurements and fostering strong client engagement.
The Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for coordinating quality improvement activities in line with the strategic direction of the Society. This includes driving quality improvement initiatives, utilizing data effectively to understand the impact on our programs and services, and informing resource allocation for underserved and equity deserving populations.
The key responsibilities of this role include leading the organization through Accreditation and Client Record Management Systems (CRMS) processes, as well as undertaking various organization-wide quality improvement projects.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering AlayaCare (CRMS), including configuration, security, data validation, staff training, and ongoing education.
They will also utilize a variety of qualitative and quantitative data sets to create impactful data visualizations for multiple purposes, provide coordination to the organization in quality improvement initiatives, and actively facilitate in meetings and working groups to improve the organization's quality improvement practices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3 years' experience in project management, leading teams through change, and business analytics. They should be proficient in Microsoft suite applications and data basis, with advanced Excel skills. A solid organizational and planning skillset, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload, is essential.
A Project Management certification is an asset, as is experience with accreditation. The successful candidate must possess excellent written and communication skills, a commitment to continuing professional development, and a current Ontario driver's license.
