Field Adjuster, Full-Time (Dryden, ON)

Relocation Opportunity

We are seeking a Claims Adjuster to relocate from any location in Canada to join our Dryden team.

The Opportunity

  • Must be able to immediately qualify for an Ontario adjuster's license.
  • Access to an appropriate vehicle and full driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Full-time position with a dynamic portfolio requiring organizational skills and efficient file management.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience Required

  • At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting.
  • Must be able to obtain an Ontario adjuster's license.
  • Ongoing commitment to education and learning.

Advanced Communication Skills

  • Effective written and oral skills, including listening, interviewing, and negotiating.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Proactive and positive approach to customer service.
