Being located on Wabigoon Lake provides miles of fishing opportunities for walleye, pike, muskie, and bass. Besides providing excellent year-round fishing, the lake is a starting point for snowmobiling to anywhere in our great northwest. Lakes, trails, beaches, and parks surround this small, serene community, beckoning visitors to sample a wide range of activities and annual celebrations such as: golfing, skiing, Home and Trade shows, Baytel Walleye Masters, Fall Fair and Pow Wows. A visit to the local museum to explore the rich history of the area makes Dryden well worth the time. The recreational facilities are second-to-none with a pool, double arena, weight room, and cardio-fitness centre all located in one complex. Ball diamonds, a soccer pitch, golf course and a curling rink are all located at Sandy Beach.

The Opportunity

Moving incentives provided for you to relocate to Dryden, ON PLUS ClaimsPro will relocate your personal belongings for a minimum 3-year return service commitment. Must be able to immediately qualify for an Ontario adjuster's license .  Access to an appropriate vehicle Full driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Role Summary
The Independent Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. The profile duties create a dynamic portfolio requiring extremely well-honed organizational skills that enable day to day activities to be completed while allowing efficient and effective progress of file management activities.

Education, knowledge and experience required.

At least 2 years' relevant experience in claims adjusting.  Must be able to obtain an Ontario adjuster’s license. Ongoing commitment to education and learning Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause-and-effect dynamics Good investigative manner Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them.  Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature, perform and understand advanced numerical calculations including analysis of comparative information 

Advanced communication skills including:

Effective written skills including those of a technical nature  Effective oral skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, must be able to flex style appropriate to audience.  Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.  Proactive and positive approach to customer service ensuring that all inquiries are effectively dealt with in a timely manner.  Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively deal with conflict and difficult situations.  Strong commitment to ongoing education and learning.
