At Western Community College, we are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and students. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Providing customer service and responding to inquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Performing data entry and other administrative tasks

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and be proficient in English. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
