Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage operations. As a senior manager level position, you will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and be a member of the Senior Management Team and overall Leadership Team.
Your role will encompass managing The Pointe Restaurant, On the Rocks Bar, Driftwood Café, Room Service, seasonal venues, and all things service related to our food and beverage program.
You will play a key role in fostering a culture of belonging where every individual is appreciated and valued for who they are.
Responsibilities- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond and Forbes Standards.
- Lead the service team on the floor and administer recruitment, scheduling/payroll, and financial reporting.
We are looking for someone with several years of previous full scope management experience in a high-end standard driven establishment. Hotel or resort F&B experience is an asset.
A passion for wine and spirits is required, and Sommelier certification is an asset.
We require a proven leadership record, skilled communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in public view.
This position requires a commitment of 3 years and begins as soon as possible. The candidate must have valid Food Safe and Serving It Right licensee certifications.
CompensationThe annual salary for this position is $66,000 to $71,000.
