At STRIVE Recruitment Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for various duties and projects in the areas of Administration, Marketing, Payroll, Technology, and Special Projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance the digital structure of administration and organizational effectiveness
  • Compile and present performance reports monthly; Support Director of Internal Operations and Managing Director in setting meetings, schedule management, quarterly presentations, and other internal corporate events/initiatives
  • First point of contact for all general inquiries delivered by email and phone
  • Circulate staff birthday cards and organize cake
  • Manage and order office supplies
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms (e.g., Create engaging content and interact with followers)
  • Website Optimization: Ensure the website is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO)
  • Branding: Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing materials and channels

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity and must be tech-savvy with strong experience in MS Office 365, Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, CRMs LinkedIn, and Windows-based software.
