Food Service Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Bow Tie Pizza (SageHill) Ltd. o/a Bow Tie Pizza. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Table and Chair Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Kitchen Cleaning: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Supply Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for food service.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Heavy Lifting: Handle heavy loads and equipment to perform tasks.
- Physical Demands: Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
- Work Under Pressure: Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a client-focused attitude.
- Interpersonal Skills: Develop efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
