Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Edo Japan Ft. Richmond. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service establishment, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 32 hours per week
Work Environment:

Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods
