Product Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute product strategies to meet market needs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand market issues and develop solutions;
- Work with the development team to build and launch products;
- Measure and monitor key performance indicators to inform product decisions;
- Participate in Scrum Events and host Sprint Reviews;
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management;
- 2+ years of experience working with software development teams;
- Bilingual (English & French);
- Proven track record of successful product launches;
- Ease with web analytics tools (Analytics, Hotjar, Kibana, SQL, etc.);
- Ease with backlog management tools (JIRA, Target Process, Pivotal Tracker, GitHub issues, etc.);
- Enthusiastic about change & experiments;
- Methodical, organized, and solution-oriented.
