Job Title: Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Link Builders. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Job Summary:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from construction sites.
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, and operate cranes mounted on boats or barges to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physically demanding work with handling heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and gloves required.
