Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Slave Lake Accommodations LTD. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role. You will be expected to work under pressure with tight deadlines and handle a large workload.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive benefits, including health and dental insurance, as well as a comprehensive pension plan.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities and deadlines.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Organized and able to handle a large workload.
- Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year.
