Job Title: Principal Consultant

As a Principal Consultant at Turner & Townsend Group, you will play a key role in leading our North America delivery team in delivering Asset Management business transformation projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients develop and implement effective Asset Management strategies, improving their overall performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage complex Asset Management improvement programs or service lines.
  • Lead the delivery of consultancy projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement Asset Management systems, frameworks, and policies, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Define asset information and information governance approaches, supporting business architecture design and Building Information Modelling (BIM) concepts.
  • Provide advice to clients on Asset Management standards, such as ISO 55001 and GFMAM Asset Management Subjects.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and relationships, identifying business opportunities within existing markets.
  • Develop and submit proposals, selecting appropriate methodologies and developing project plans.
  • Lead commercial arrangements with clients, developing invoicing schedules and tracking mechanisms.
  • Manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Asset Management.
  • Recognized university degree in a relevant field.
  • Asset Management qualifications from the IAM/SMRP and/or chartered status from a relevant professional body.
  • Expert knowledge of the asset lifecycle (Acquire, Operate, Maintain, Dispose) and its enablers, such as asset information and asset risk.
