Job Title: Cloud Service Management Specialist

Xeneration Inc is seeking a skilled Cloud Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
  • Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware and develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Computer science, network and system administration/administrator, computer software engineering, business administration and management, general, or equivalent experience.
