We're seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our team at Ispat Machining.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and optimize storage capacity
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend replacement of machines as needed
  • Direct quality control inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Supervise and train employees in the use of new equipment and production techniques
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems, and methods of work
  • Manage the establishment of departmental budgets to ensure effective resource allocation


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing operations or a related field
  • College diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding environment
