Retail Store Manager

Esso Port Dover is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assign sales workers to duties, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to improve sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire sales staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
