About the Opportunity

WSP is seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer, Water with significant experience in municipal, water and wastewater, site drainage, and infrastructure upgrades projects in our Vancouver office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from conceptual design to completion.
  • Develop and implement water management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, including municipal, water and wastewater, and site drainage.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
