WSP is seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer, Water with significant experience in municipal, water and wastewater, site drainage, and infrastructure upgrades projects in our Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage water infrastructure projects from conceptual design to completion.
- Develop and implement water management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in water infrastructure projects, including municipal, water and wastewater, and site drainage.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
