We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Lead to drive strategic projects focused on streamlining and harmonizing our business processes using our current ERP systems. This senior application engineer will be responsible for optimizing workflows, consolidating disparate systems, and ensuring consistency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ERP system, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
  • Configure and customize the ERP software according to business requirements, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration between ERP systems and existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications.
  • Ensure the system is scalable and flexible to accommodate future growth or changes in the organization's needs.

This role involves overseeing project initiation to go-live and aligning the ERP solution with our organizational goal of improving efficiency, reducing redundancy, and ensuring data accuracy.

As an ERP Systems Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with department leaders and stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements. You will conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvements through ERP functionalities.

You will translate business needs into ERP system specifications, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business users. Additionally, you will develop detailed project plans for ERP implementations, including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and budget oversight.

A competitive salary of $140,000 - $180,000 per year is offered for this role, commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
