Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Bar Burrito. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards and delivered to our customers in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be expected to lead by example, demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will work closely with our management team to develop menus, manage budgets, and implement new ideas and initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and taking into account the location and requirements of the role. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Chef who can lead our kitchen team to success. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality control and consistency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures.
