About the Team

The Growth Data Engineering team is responsible for designing and building data pipelines and infrastructure to support Stripe's growth and revenue goals. We work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that inform business decisions and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines to support business growth and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain data infrastructure to support data analytics and reporting
  • Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Work with data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy machine learning models and predictive analytics
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting tools to support business decision-making
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong background in data engineering, data architecture, and data governance
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, and Scala
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
