Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at YMM Restaurant Supplies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Advertising and Promotions: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries from clients and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to promote our products and services.
  • Event Planning: Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Communications: Gather, research, and prepare communications material to promote our products and services.
  • Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote our products and services.
  • Education and Training: Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions to promote our products and services.
  • Contract Management: Prepare sports, literary, performance, or other contracts to promote our products and services.
  • Marketing Analysis: Conduct analytical marketing studies to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Portfolio Development: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials to promote our products and services.
  • E-commerce and Online Marketing: Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Work Environment:

  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
