Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Qualicare Home Care Kamloops. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
