We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team at Mobilize Connect. As a Seasonal Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: Perform a variety of cleaning activities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming to ensure all rooms meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect rooms to ensure they meet expected standards and report any issues to management.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels are maintained and replace items as necessary.
  • Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns to management.

Eligibility:

  • Customer Service Experience: While customer service or hospitality experience is an asset, it is not a requirement for this role.
