About the Role:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and control costs, preparing budget and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
