We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Specialist in our Ensuite Bath and Kitchen Showroom in Grande Prairie. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients, including homebuyers, homebuilders, contractors, and other members of the EMCO team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in the decision, purchase, and follow-up of their bath, kitchen, and lighting needs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with the homebuyer, homebuilder, contractor, and other members of the EMCO team to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
