About the Role

With a strong background in operations and strategic experience in the P&C insurance industry, you will lead the development and execution of our insurance operations strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Executive Team to develop and execute company-wide initiatives and strategies that ensure financial targets are met and sustainable growth is achieved.
- Provide operational strategic planning and oversight of the company's overall strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives and long-term goals.
- Lead and manage teams to drive efficient and effective operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You
- Minimum of 15 years of operations and strategic experience in the P&C insurance industry with a proven track record of leadership experience in Claims, Risk Management, Underwriting, or Business Development.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make persuasive presentations, effectively negotiate, and navigate conflict.
- Ability to think long-term and develop strategies that support both immediate business goals and future growth, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
