Job Title: Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at The Local Leaf Cannabis. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide advice and recommendations to customers on products and services
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including merchandising and visual displays
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
