The Project Director will lead projects involving hydrogeological studies, groundwater research, well construction, aquifer management, various hydrogeological expertise and water vulnerability analysis. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing leadership to the department, including organizing weekly resource coordination and planning meetings;
- Designing, supervising and carrying out work/investigation programs;
- Supervising drilling, testing, soil and groundwater sampling;

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in geological engineering and/or master's degree in hydrogeology, with a minimum of six years of professional experience relevant to hydrogeology. Key skills and qualifications include:

- Effective time management and decision-making skills;
- Excellent communication skills in French, both orally and in writing;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of provincial regulations on water withdrawals;
- Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail, ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment;
