Job Description:
Job Summary:Precision Rentals is seeking a highly skilled Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems and equipment at our well sites and camps.
Responsibilities:- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems, including inspections, repairs, and installations.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on equipment and systems.
- Install and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
- Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and current Driver's Abstract.
- Current WHMIS, TDG, H2S, CSO, and First Aid certifications.
- Excellent safety record and commitment to a safe work environment.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Vocational post-secondary graduate of an approved certified electrical red seal journeyman program or equivalent.
- Electrical Technician certification is considered an asset.
- 2+ years' experience working with drilling rig equipment is considered an asset.
- Valid Vehicle Operation License (abstract required).
