Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Fateh Merchandising Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash wrap area
  • Restock shelves and merchandise as needed, ensuring a visually appealing store display
  • Participate in promotional activities, including setting up displays and promoting products to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
