Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to meet business needs, manage inventory levels, and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of materials and equipment, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels, and supply chain performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of purchasing and inventory management processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a manufacturing setting, and the successful candidate will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
