- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of materials and equipment, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on purchasing activities, inventory levels, and supply chain performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of purchasing and inventory management processes.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is a manufacturing setting, and the successful candidate will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) on a regular basis.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
