Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the client base and increase revenue
- Manage team performance, providing coaching and mentoring to staff to ensure they meet their objectives
- Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Collaborate with the sales team and senior management to develop and implement business development plans
- Ensure compliance with divisional policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of staff performance and client interactions
- Lead operational project delivery for large projects and industrial disputes, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution
- Develop and expand business opportunities, including identifying new business prospects and preparing presentations to secure new clients
- Assist the Director in the development of a skilled and dedicated team of professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their roles effectively
- Control operational plans, ensuring budget spending, service efficiency, quality, and customer service are maintained at the highest level
- Present regular reports to the Director on operational matters, including budget performance and team progress
- Assist the Director with short-term and long-term plans and programs, including supporting budget requests and completing objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, accompanied by security guard or investigation training and work experience
- Experience in security planning and assessments is an asset
- Possess a valid Security Guard License, First Aid and CPR certification is an asset, and a valid Driver's License is required
- 7-10 years' experience in a Security Management role, with excellent listening, reading, and administration skills, well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a second language an asset
- Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets through self-motivation, persistence, and determination
- An analytical thinker with advanced problem-solving skills, possessing up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, with a customer service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of TrackTik an asset
- Ability to walk up to 10 kilometers on site and stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to travel between sites throughout the province
- Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 plus bonus, allowances, e-flex benefits, and RRSP matching
