Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd. as a key contributor to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be knowledgeable about various cocktails and beverages.

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for serving food and drinks to customers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• We offer competitive compensation with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including bar area and glassware
• Advising customers on wine and drink selections
• Providing recommendations on cocktail pairings
• Collecting payment from customers
• Operating cash register and managing cash transactions
• Storing beverage and food products
• Maintaining inventory and controlling stock levels
• Preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Taking beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bartending or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of various cocktails and beverages
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
