Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at Setters Neighbourhood Pub Ltd.

About the Role:

• This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year.
• You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Your tasks will include inspecting dining areas, answering customer questions, assisting with special needs, and performing opening and closing activities.
• You will also receive customers' reservations and assign tables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• You are proficient in English and can communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
