  • Manage, coach, and mentor staff to develop their skills and abilities
Requirements:
  • College diploma or university degree in a relevant field
  • Management experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Advanced knowledge of underwriting principles and practices
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual French/English (oral and written)
  • Reinsurance underwriting experience
  • Advanced life insurance medical and financial underwriting skills
