Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Dynamite Vape and Smoke. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign sales floor staff to duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business needs
- Authorize payments and returns to ensure accurate financial management
- Establish work schedules to meet business demands
- Prepare sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues
- Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience
Work Environment
- Permanent position
- English language required
- 40 hours per week
