Sinai Health System is committed to delivering exceptional care and services to our patients and community. We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Medical Support Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating departmental meetings, managing budgets, and providing administrative support to senior leadership. Additionally, they will assist with reconciliation of Chief's procurement card, OHIP billing and reconciliation, and development of spreadsheets and charts detailing various scenarios for distribution of AFP funds.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. They must also demonstrate adaptability in responding to changing priorities and deadlines.

The following are the key responsibilities of this role:

  • Coordinate departmental meetings
  • Manage budgets
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership
  • Assist with reconciliation of Chief's procurement card
  • OHIP billing and reconciliation
  • Development of spreadsheets and charts detailing various scenarios for distribution of AFP funds

Required qualifications include a postsecondary degree or Office Administration Diploma from a recognized educational institution, minimum three years of recent and related experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
