We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher, Motor Vehicles to join our team at Park Landscaping Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, maintaining work records and logs, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of vehicle operations and crew activities
- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in dispatch management service software
