Dispatch Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Park Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track vehicle movements and crew activities
- Process and transmit information to coordinate activities using dispatching equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- 1-2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
