Job Title: Registered Nurse

VON Canada is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct health assessments and develop care plans to meet patient needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Experience in a healthcare setting an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
