TandemLaunch is a leading innovator in the field of ultra-fast and high-quality image and depth capture software and hardware camera solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Growth Strategist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a highly sought-after position for individuals with a passion for sales, business development, and innovation. As a Senior Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, identifying and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships with our customers.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion into new markets;
  • Research and identify potential clients, assess their needs, and determine fit;
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention;
  • CONDUCT PRODUCT DEMOS AND PRESENTATIONS TO EDUCATE PROSPECTS ON PRODUCT VALUE AND HOW IT MEETS THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS;
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals effectively;
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in the relevant industry;
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences;
  • CUSTOMER-CENTRIC APPROACH WITH ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND AND ADDRESS CUSTOMER NEEDS;
  • Analytical skills with competency in analyzing sales metrics and industry trends;
  • Startup experience is a significant asset;
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and achieving goals;
