In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and estimating effort for new scope and requirements, designing and developing on the Salesforce platform for multiple complex initiatives, and ensuring the operations and stability of the application ecosystem.

You will stay up-to-date with modern technologies and best practices, recommending the introduction of new technology and processes as needed.

As the Subject Matter Expert, you will manage admin functions for the Salesforce platform, supporting the business team in the proper use of Salesforce by focusing on configuration rather than customization.

You will investigate failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes, utilizing internal defect tracking tools to create detailed, high-quality error reports.

Additionally, you will work with product owners and test engineers to support QA processes, review test plans, test coverage, and help improve test automation.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Salesforce platform and overall 10+ years of experience in enterprise systems.

Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, as well as expertise in Apex, Visual Force Pages, Salesforce Lightning Components, and Integration Patterns.

Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with other cloud-based application systems using REST, SOAP API, Talend, Informatica, and Mulesoft is also necessary.

Knowledge of deployment processes and release pipelines, such as Jenkins and Bitbucket/Git, is required.

A good understanding of packaged-based deployments, Metadata API, and Ant is also necessary.

A minimum of 1+ year of experience with Salesforce Lightning Components and Aura Framework is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required, as well as at least 2 or more certifications on Salesforce from the following:

Experience with Financial Services Cloud and Salesforce DX is a plus.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams are essential.

Experience in agile methodologies like SCRUM/Kanban is also necessary.
