  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to optimize profitability.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
  • Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Establish and maintain a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
