Job Title: Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator

Nancy Jin & Associates Corp. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Officer - Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including tasks such as reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Write and edit advertising copy
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently
